Phonics: Writing words with long vowel sound and sound patterns.
Adding the suffix -ing, -er, and -est to single syllable, short vowel root words.
MATHEMATICS:
Understanding Tens & Ones: Recording the amount of tens & ones in a number in different ways.
Place Value: Identifying the tens place as different from the ones’ place.
Greater Than, Less Than: Discovering the greater and lesser number in a pair of numbers.
