This week at the gym, I’ve been working on…
I have ZERO upper body strength.
ZE-RO.
Working with weights as a part of getting fit has been a challenge….so has flexibility.
One of the stretches that I’ve gotten much better at over the last few weeks is this one!
It helps to stretch out those inner thigh muscles!
My teacher at the gym suggests stretching during commercial breaks! ๐
So, I’ll try that this week!
I also want to work on getting more strength in my arms. This triceps excercise has really helped me!
You have flexibility in the amount of weight you use. I am starting with a three pound weight! ๐
I hope you’re still doing your best to get out and get some fresh air! ๐
I know it will be a challenge for me once I start back to school in a few weeks, but…I am going to do my best!
