Sports Writing

April 15, 2013 by Tamara

photo PeekatmyWeekLinkyButton_zpscc296045.pngGood evening friends! 🙂  I’m linking up with Dee Dee over at Mrs. Wills Kindergarten with my visual plans! 🙂  This second week was definately not as hard as the first to put together! 🙂  I’m excited about what I’m teaching because I’ll be working through my brand new complex text read aloud plans on How People Learned to Fly.  It’s an integrated plan, so the students will be working on literacy, science and writing!  Should be good times! 🙂  It will take us two weeks to get through, because we are also using the science text book in addition to the materials that I’ve created.

I’ve got some new materials in there…a sports themed writing pack and new phonics centers too! 🙂  Go on ahead and take a peek! 🙂

This is the second grade version! 🙂
I included opinion writing, narrative writing, and informational writing.  There are anchor charts to help teach the concepts.  This one is in the second grade pack. If you’d like it…just click on the picture to be directed to a google doc for it! 🙂
