Reading Resources from Mrs. Russell

August 14, 2014 by Tamara

Happy Friday to you all! πŸ™‚
It’s a great day! πŸ™‚
I’m so excited to share in this hop opportunity with such talented bloggers!

My most wishlisted item is

Last year, I started writing differentiated fluency passages for my students. I had never tried leveled fluency homework before.  I saw TONS of great growth in their ability to read fluently! πŸ™‚  Teachers across the country are giving me great feedback on it! πŸ™‚  I’m just thrilled that it’s working in other classrooms as well!
Take a look! πŸ™‚

If you’re looking for some texts that require the students to write their answers out, you could check out my reading for meaning series. There are ten printable passages per month. I work with one passage per week. Each passage is leveled and lexiled. This blogpost has links to all of the sets for the year.

My freebie for this hop is my Poetry Journal poems from August & September! πŸ™‚
