Visual Plans: September 16 – 20, 2013

September 15, 2013 by Tamara

Greetings everyone! ๐Ÿ™‚ I trust you are having a great weekend with your families! ๐Ÿ˜‰  This weekend, I treated myself to having fun with my friends! ๐Ÿ™‚  I have been working a lot, so, I haven’t really let myself get out from behind this computer too often. ๐Ÿ™  Friday and Saturday I made up for it! ๐Ÿ™‚
Friday, I went out with Leigh from the Applicious Teacher and Leslie from First Grade and Flip Flops for one of our favorite guilty pleasures….wine…CHEESECAKE!  It was a fun and relaxing evening full of laughter and good food! ๐Ÿ™‚
On Saturday, I went to Epcot for the evening with some other teacher friends of mine! ๐Ÿ™‚

Next up…
If you would also like to share your visual plans, or you would like to see the visual plans of some other bloggers, head on over to Mrs. Wills Kindergarten! ๐Ÿ™‚
You can click HERE to be directed to her blog! ๐Ÿ™‚

This week is Constitution Week, and its ALSO the week for International Speak Like a Pirate Day! ๐Ÿ™‚
We’re going to be working through a number of different packs, so…it will be a full week for us! ๐Ÿ™‚
This is the first year I’ve used Katie’s American Symbols pack, but…It’s a great one! ๐Ÿ™‚
I bought Katie’s American Heroes pack last year and used it kind of ‘piecemeal’, if you will…I highlighted people from the pack throughout the year and it really was a wonderful additon to our literacy and social studies initiatives! ๐Ÿ™‚
