Let's Get Acquainted {May 19th, 2013}

Friends…’Let’s Get Acquainted’, shall we? Latoya’s famous linky party is back and this week, we are going to be telling you a bit about two of our favorite bloggy friends. This is actually a tough post, because I really have such great bloggy sisters! 🙂 It’s so hard to narrow it down to just two! 🙂

I was so honored to have Latoya shout me out as one of her ‘blogging buddies’! She is a sweet, sweet lady that I am able to go to about anything…blogging, or just life in general! :0) She’s been so gracious to me as a newbie blogger…and her support and advice has been invaluable! I’m so lucky to be able to count her as one of my bloggy sisters! 🙂

I can’t wait to see what this next year of blogging will be like…with the type of community we’re building online…the sky is the limit! 🙂 What a great time to be a teacher! 🙂

First up…a sweet bloggy sister from right in my neck of the woods….Tammy Wathen from The Resourcful Apple.

I met Tammy at a Kagan training class at the beginning of the school year. We teach in the same county. We traded blog addy’s and the rest has been history. 😉 Tammy was on my first giveaway…she was one of my first followers…she’s shared my resources and ideas on her blog to help me meet new people…when I needed bloggers for the Florida Blogger Hop she was the first person I contacted and the first person to say YES! She also gives the sweetest, most thoughtful product feedback you’d ever want to read…she’s just AWESOME! 🙂

My second bloggy sis is…a sweet Alabama blogger named Sara Ventrella. She’s the author of the blog ‘Miss V’s Busy Bees’.

Sara was also on my very first giveaway…she is also super supportive whenever I need an edit. She shares my work with others all the time…She’s kind, and generous to a fault…when I started my facebook page she was one of the first people to post all the time! You know…back in the days when I’d post something and there would be just crickets? LOL! Well, Sara was there! 🙂 She made me know that someone was out there listening and thought what I had to say was valuable. And I just love her for that! 🙂 I’m honored to be someone that she calls a bloggy friend, and so thankful to have met her along the way on my journey! 🙂
