Well, after working on all of my stuff for the first day in my new grade and classroom, I believe I’ve worked up some pretty good first day jitters! :/ Thankfully, my mom has agreed to come down from New Jersey for my pre-planning week to help me set up for my new theme–Pirates & Polka-dots–and to just generally remind me that ‘I’ve got this!’

So, I’ve been working on what I’ll be doing…and right now…I’m feeling pretty good about week one. Lots of habits & procedures. I’ll be introducing the pirate theme while I do that. I couldn’t believe how much stuff was out on the internet for pirates! ๐ I’ll post details of the ideas I’ll be using soon! ๐
